1. Pricing and Payment
Hire prices are listed on the website and are subject to change. The listed price typically covers a rental period of up to 5 days. Payments must be made in full before delivery. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our rug descriptions and photography. However, as many of our pieces are antique or hand-knotted, natural variations and age-related character marks are to be expected and do not
constitute defects.

3. Shipping and Order Acceptance
Orders are subject to rug availability. Professional delivery is available within a 30-mile radius of our showroom for a fee. National delivery is handled by third-party couriers. Order acceptance occurs when the rug is dispatched to you.

4. GDPR and Data Protection
We comply with GDPR requirements. We process your data based on contractual necessity to fulfil your hire order and legitimate interests for business improvement. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data.

5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
