Refund policy

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

As a hire service, "returns" refer to the end of your agreed hire period. Rugs must be ready for collection or returned to our showroom on the agreed date.

2. REFUND PROCESS

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-5 Business Days.

3. DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Inspect your rug(s) upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at info@hirerugs.com

Please note that we are not responsible for any damages caused during the hiring period. Therefore, if damage occurs, you would have to pay for the necessary repairs and washing.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

The hirer is responsible for ensuring the rug is available for the scheduled collection. If a collection is missed, additional fees will apply.
